Yogurt Fruit Salad Recipe in English:

Ingredients of Homemade Yogurt:
2-liter Full fat milk
1 tsp Yogurt

Ingredients of Fruit Salad:
1 ½ cup Yogurt
4 tbsp Honey
1 cup Apple (chopped)
1/2 cup Kiwi
1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1 cup Red grapes
1/2 cup Pomegranate
1 cup Bananas (sliced)
Dates (chopped)
Almonds (chopped)
Raisins (chopped)

Directions of Yogurt:
Boil milk on medium high heat and beat the milk for 4 to 5 minutes on high heat.
Pour lukewarm milk in a steel or clay pot from a distance to make froth.
Let it cool a bit. (The milk should be moderately hot)
Take yogurt and add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk and mix it well.
Add yogurt in milk from one corner and stir the spoon.
Let it rest for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.

Directions of Fruit Salad:
In a bowl add yogurt and honey and whisk it well.
Then add fruits apple, kiwi, strawberries, red grapes, pomegranate and bananas in it.
Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate for one hour.
Garnish with dates, almonds, raisins and honey.
Your yogurt fruit salad is ready to serve.
