Peak Pose : Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana (One Legged King Pigeon Pose)
Today I'm working through a vinyasa to help me open up and work my way into the flipped grip One Legged King Pigeon yoga pose.
This pose demands a lot,
a backbend, open shoulders, open and level hips and calm breathing.
Prepping before attempting the pose is a super idea and highly recommended.
I can share that this pose is not one that comes easily to me and I have to work on a lot of areas. If youre like me, this vinyasa may help.
