I love making curvy fashion videos, but today I just wanted to have a casual chat about weight struggles, body image, and how I overcame feeling like just the fat girl. I'm still working on losing weight and staying healthy, but it's important to me that I love my curvy figure first, and want to become stronger and more fit because I love myself, not because I think I need to lose weight to be worthy or beautiful. Fitness is important, but make sure you're nourishing your body and doing weight loss the healthy way. Next week I'll be sharing some tips to help you love your body and overcome body image issues!
